Energy work like this can help in a broad way by giving a general health boost and is brilliant as a preventative. What's really fascinating for me is that it can also help in quite a focused way. Although there may be forty or fifty people joining in with the sessions I host myself, a few of them will receive quite specific help with different conditions, even down to a tiny cranial or digestive system release. So I'm going to keep on studying anatomy and physiology and also the meridian system with the intention that we continue to build together up a kind of library of energy treatment that people can dip into at any time. I'd particularly like to help all those people who might otherwise have no healthcare at all, or who may find themselves unable to get regular medication for various reasons, as recently happened in Greece.
