Treatments are generally 45 minutes long, with plenty time allowed for chat before and after.
REMOTE ONE-TO-ONE TREATMENT: £45
The treatment itself is 45 minutes long. I allow plenty of time before and after for getting ready, emails, messaging, feedback, making time-difference arrangements etc.
THURSDAY REMOTE GROUP TREATMENT: FREE
These sessions are free and open to anyone to join in from wherever they are.
