APRIL FOCUS - BLADDER MERIDIAN

This month's focus is the Bladder Meridian, in our year-long journey through the energy channels of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The channel itself starts at the end of the Small Intestine meridian at the inner corner of the eye, and runs up over the head. A branch splits off here and enters the brain, the main branch splits into two at the neck, running down the back, legs and the outer side of the foot to the tip of the small toe.

There's all sorts of emotional connections commonly associated with the bladder meridian but I'd rather explore that during the Remote Group sessions this month, so as to come here fresh while our energy bodies and lives are evolving so much and so quickly at the moment.
