6TH JUNE REMOTE SESSION - PERICARDIUM MERIDIAN - HEART PROTECTOR

This month's meridian in our journey around the system is the Pericardium, sometimes called the Heart Protector, protecting us from overwhelming emotions such as anger, grief or fear as well as physically protecting the heart. The downside of this energetic assistance is that when we are over-protected from our emotions we can drift more and more apart from other people.
HAVING YOUR HEART HAULED OUT OF YOUR ASS
There's a film in which a guy describes relationship break-ups as "having your heart hauled out of your ass" which is just about right from my own experience. Who wants to feel that again? So Heart Protector kicks in...

ENFOLDED EVOLUTION OF ENERGY CHANNELS

Our remote group session on Thursday 23rd May was very interesting, so I wanted to post up something about that and to set our intention for our next session on Thursday 30th May.

HUMAN CHANNELS AND EARTH CHANNELS
My intention last time was to connect with the Earth's network of energy channels, its meridian system especially, as part of our year long journey through our human meridian system.

Doing not doing

I was all set to host a re-charging of the kidney energy batteries as I'd intended but the session turned into something a bit different. It settled into a deeply peaceful state, I felt I was watching the Earth from a point out in space and could see the pattern of our remote group energy network spread out below. Instead of being about re-charging the session seemed to be more about being careful with our personal energy, which I guess is a more sensible starting point when you think about it.

Yesterday's Free Remote Craniosacral Energy session, continuing in our year-long journey around the meridian system, was focused again in the kidneys, and very interesting it was too.

Bladder Meridian - 4th Session

The Free Remote Group Craniosacral Energy session coming up this Thursday 25th April will be the last one focused on the bladder meridian.

Bladder Focus 3 - Kidneys

I'm going to jump ahead a bit in our meridian journey and take a first look at the Kidney Meridian. Although I didn't plan to focus here at all until May it seems to work hand in hand with the Bladder Meridian, and the right kidney jumped straight into focus during last week's remote group session.

BLADDER MERIDIAN
This is the second session focused on the bladder meridian in our year-long journey through the full meridian cycle. In the first session I just focused on the whole meridian and the flow within it, in this session I'd like to focus a little deeper and help us all to get a feel for what emotions and issues are ready to come up to the surface at the moment.
