TRIPLE BURNER MERIDIAN - MISTS AND MYSTERY THEREOF

Continuing our travels round the meridian system, we come from the Pericardium to the mysterious pathway of the Triple Burner Meridian. It isn't related to any one organ but is more of a functional relationship between several organs, balancing heat and moisture. "The Upper Burner is a mist, the Middle Burner is a foam, the Lower Burner is a swamp".
Something I love about Chinese philosophy, Taoism and the Meridian System is that they are based on thousands of years of observation and practice, they are often helpful in making sense of life and our human issues but they may not always be, because ultimately the Universe is unfathomable, mysterious, and beyond the ability of our human minds to understand.

I started this session by focusing on our central core energy flow, the Governing Vessel and Conception Vessel, and on the Microcosmic Orbit. What I soon started to connect with was a realm of simple geometric shapes, lines, circles and planes. I've connected with the realm before and it's always been a very peaceful experience, away from the craziness of our human world.

6TH JUNE REMOTE SESSION - PERICARDIUM MERIDIAN - HEART PROTECTOR

This month's meridian in our journey around the system is the Pericardium, sometimes called the Heart Protector, protecting us from overwhelming emotions such as anger, grief or fear as well as physically protecting the heart. The downside of this energetic assistance is that when we are over-protected from our emotions we can drift more and more apart from other people.
